E-commerce / Marketing Assistant


Looking for a creative who is organized, tech savvy and fluent in social media marketing as well as e-commerce best practices. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, willing to learn, takes initiative, is proactive and has excellent communication skills. They must have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects while having a creative problem solving approach. This position is ideal for someone who has experience, is looking to grow in the marketing / media industry and wants a long term position with our agency. 


About us: We are a female owned agency based out of Los Angeles and are looking to bring someone on long term that can grow with our business. We work with a variety of brands including but not limited to: Fashion, entertainment, beauty, health and fitness. We have a passion for helping others and supporting our clients in their success.

Software Knowledge Requirements:


  • Shopify (Some Knowledge - willing to train)

  • Wordpress (Some Knowledge - willing to train)

  • Email Marketing Software: Mailchimp, Klaviyo  

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Youtube

  • Google Drive

  • Google Docs

  • Google Sheets

  • Photoshop (plus)

  • Canva (or other graphic editing software)

Detailed Description:



  • Collaborate on strategy and implementation

    • Use project management software to support in organizing and executing project elements

  • Monitor trends that can impact client, brand or product 

  • Support in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive site traffic, increase brand awareness, revenue and conversions


Social Media:

  • Support in strategizing content for clients

  • Support with designs (on Canva or PS)

  • Manage content for multiple platforms

  • Manage posting and engagement on social media channels 

    • Instagram 

    • Facebook

    • Tiktok

  • Strategize creating content to increase engagement and visibility

  • Track analytics and social media reporting when applicable 

  • Stay up to date with new programs and social media updates

Email Marketing:

  • Design and build emails to engage and connect with audience 

  • Ensure that all campaigns are error free (including but not limited to message, creative, links and grammar)

  • Track performance data from campaigns to measure success and incorporate best practices in future campaigns


Web Support:

  • Support in brainstorming design and inspiration  

  • Support in creating the initial framework or plugging in design elements 

    • Wordpress

    • Shopify

  • Updating Products - Skus, Images & Descriptions
